More than fifteen years ago, two women met at a mommy-and-me group and became friends. Years later, they reunited during yoga teacher training and realized their paths had mirrored one another, both had been studying healing, resilience, identity, and the deeper work of transformation. Both had seen how women carry so much while receiving too little support. EMERGE WELL is what they built in response.
